    Brief Medical History Overview

    Weird lower leg pain.

I have been having a weird lower leg pain for many years off and on. Mostly my right leg but the left chimes in on ocassion.

From the top of my ankle bone about half way up the outside of the lower leg, a pretty bad pain. Always happens if I have not been very active and then go do something. From walking to horse back riding to step aerobics. If I keep at what I am doing it will eventually turn my foot kind of numb for around a half hour then if I work through that, I am fine, no more numbness or pain until the next day.

It seems to go away with consistent use, like if I walk, ride or workout daily for a few weeks.

I rode day before yesterday (Sunday) and have it bad now! Yesterday it hurt, it feels very sore today and I almost feel like I should stretch it but it hurts like the dickens!

I think part of it is from riding, I jump so my heel is very far down and I toe out a little--

here is an example (not me but how the leg is while riding)

What is it? I have had it for more than ten years now. Anything I can do to stop it?
