Physio on an old 'Boxer fracture' and RSI
Hello,
For the past two to three months I have become more aware of an ache in the knuckle of my little finger, where I suffered a 'Boxer's break' about 15 years ago (martial arts session). There is also a very slight angulation of the finger, which generally feels weaker than its counterpart on my other hand. My doctor suggested that it may be the early signs of osteoartritis (I'm 34!!), but that muscle imbalance and/or RSI could be playing a part since I use a computer all day at work.
My GP agreed that I should see a Physio about this, but I'm not sure what they may be able to do: are there special exercises thast can help this sort of thing?
Thanks,
James
