Glute, Hip, Ankle Pain
About 3 weeks ago left work with seized up low back with some pain. There was no lifting or trauma of any kind. I got my mobility back within 3 days but am left with a stabbing pain in my glute and an ache that goes in my hip, skips my thigh and knee and again in my ankle. I have been stretching like crazy and using tennis ball and going to massage but it is still there. It is getting better slowly. I am an avid cyclist. I commute 20km a day and mountain bike a few days a week. Does anyone have any history or suggestions with this. I need to get back on my bike.
