Hello all,
I'm new to the forum so be nice
Just over a year ago, after years of pain and misdiagnosis, I finally had an operation for the OCD I had at the bottom of my femur, for many years without noticing I was favouring my left side and walking with a bent right knee (as I couldnt fully straighten it) which I believe has lead to alot of muscular imbalance. They removed the piece of bone from my femur which left me on crutches for 2-3 months, my right leg was non-weight bearing for around 2-3 months which has now made my left quadriceps bigger than my right.
When I stand up straight, my left hip rotates forward so that my left hip seems to be infront of my right hip. My right shoulder is also lower than my left, which I assume has caused my right nipple/pec to be lower than the left.
I have also experienced lower back pain(burning) if i sit in the car for a prolonged period of time. My head is not central, it seem to turn to the left slightly
Can anyone give me some advice/exercises to correct these problems, thanks
