    Brief Medical History Overview

    Age: 23 years, Male, Presenting Problem Since: since 2 months, Symptom Behaviour: it is realy getting very much better, Aggravating Factors:: imbalance of foot while walking and when i bend my knee joint to its maximum, Investigations: MRI scan reports saying 1) Acute partial tear of ACL. 2) Partial tear of posterior horn of medial and lateral menisci. 3)Mild Knee joint effusion., No Diabetes, No history of High Blood Pressure, No Medications, No Osteoporosis, No Hx of Cancer, No Unexplained Weight Loss, No Bowel/Bladder issues, Other Info: please find the attached MRI report

    Guys!!

    This is charan, before a couple of months i met with an accident and i hav got knee problem ... since i am an indian i hav undergone Ayurvedic treatment for some period.. becoz of my bony structures are absolutely normal i wasn't went for Wikipedia reference-linkMRI Scan..

    Now i found that there is a lot of improvement like i am able to walk freely with out any support and i am able to squat(Not very tight).. i feel pain only while walking if my foot is not properly facing the ground and also when i bend my knee joint to its maximum..

    i am done with MRI scan now and the reports saying

    1) Acute partial tear of ACL.
    2) Partial tear of posterior horn of medial and lateral menisci.
    3)Mild Knee joint effusion.

    these points and the doctor suggested me an orthoscope surgery..

    Please do help me by giving your valuable suggestions in my case..... i dont want to go for surgery even i want make my knee as it was before
