No Investigations, No Diabetes, No history of High Blood Pressure, No Medications, No Osteoporosis, No Hx of Cancer, No Unexplained Weight Loss, No Bowel/Bladder issues
can someone help me with anterior and posterior low load and functional load exercises for the cervical spine? I know how to carry out the exercises but I am stuck on the rationale for why this should be done?? is it just to improve stability of the cervical spine after injury??
