Hi,
I am having pain in my INNER THIGH NEARBY PELVIS. it occured after I lifted heavy weight in gym. that day itself when i was going to my place after 2-3 hours, I felt a sudden cramp in my left foot. I was unable to walk for 1 minute & then it went away. Next day , I was unable to tie laces of my shoes.
I went to ortho & general surgeon. They checked for hernia but it was not there. also they done MRI & they find some inflammation in bilateral inguinal region.
when i tries to bring my thighs towards each other, then i feel problem & also when i tend to bend forward then also there is the problem. sometimes there is some tingling in my left heels. only lying gives me complete relief.
Please please tell me actually what is the problem & can i live my life again better.
