I was wondering if anyone could help me, Im getting a stiffness in my groin/hip/top of quad area when i play football, although it only happens after halftime after ive stopped. However i also go to the gym 3/4 times a week and dont get any reaction then. Any idea what this is and how i can cure/strengthen it?
