Hey, im really struggling to work my serratus anterior. ive been to my physio and he told me to work it doing scapular retraction and protraction while in a doggy position and i feel nothing as i cant forcefully protract my scapular, it just feels as if im just lifing my torso up. Where do i have to focus to work this muscle? and is there any decent activation drills or tips? where will i feel this muscle?
