ACL advice
Hi, I had an ACL reconstruction at the end of January this year. This means that it has now been roughly 9 months since the operation so I am able to resume playing football. However I am still having a few niggles. The main one being when I bend my leg, for example for a quad stretch (standing, holding my foot), I get pain in the back of my knee. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?
