I developed a pain in my right leg about a year ago while doing a yoga position. The pain runs from my groin down to the knee and can be quite sharp. However, the only time I feel the pain is when I spread my legs wide during yoga exercises. I don't feel it when I walk or run. No amount of topical pain reducer has much of an effect. Any idea what the problem is?
