Well well, it's common for all of us, ages are not a matter after all. Is the posture... the habits of slouching, shrugging, carrying heavy load stuffs may cause muscle tense...which is what we known it as muscle spasms... Chill... all you have to do is, stretching...go back to your physio and seek for advice![]()
