Age: 19, Male, No Investigations, No Diabetes, No history of High Blood Pressure, No Medications, No Osteoporosis, No Hx of Cancer, No Unexplained Weight Loss, No Bowel/Bladder issues
I cant seem to retract scapula fully for example in inverted rows, push up plus etc. Ive tried doing lower traps, serratus anterior excercises and still have noticed no improvements. Would this be because of weak thoracic spine? and what are the best excercises to improve this?
