Hi friends! I am new here! I would be glad to receive any help!

I injured my elbow while doing close grip triceps workout and from thereon avoided triceps work out completely. Since i dint feel any pain in the rest of the exercises carried on doing other workouts with the bad "No pain, No gain" attitude and injured it further while doing seated shoulder press on barbell rod! From then on for over two months, i have been seeing docs and completely out of exercises or with very little weights which i find too annoying. Can someone tell me when it ll heal completely.

Other details:
1) I had no pain or swelling and only triceps extension movement of the hand causes discomfort.
2) I dont feel any pain in any hand movement, except while doing bench press which causes pain when i bend my elbow.
3) I have not tried doing triceps after that.

Please help me out!
