    you may have a sacro-iliac dysfunction (twisted pelvis) or if it happened whilst you were growing, it may be a dysfunction caused by a growth plate problem meaning you may have one side of your pelvis or one leg longer than the other. go see a physio experienced in sacro-iliac dysfunctions for an assessment and to get an idea of what is up.
