Hi I'm a twenty eight year old male , I damaged my ankle two year ago and had to have some cartilage removed from my ankle approximately 1 cm , I had a micro fracture to stimulate re growth , I am trying to get back playin sport at. High level but at thev min it is still really sore , I would like to train really hard like I used to , is there any thing that I can do to help it, or am I doomed long term?
