My child aged, 9 years is a patient of Athetoid Cereberal Palsy. He is also having Gestro Esophegal Reflux or irregular bowel movements which has made his life more miserable. He cannot fully hold his head. However, he can hold it for some time. He reclines back like a bow when he has any sort of discomfort. He has been on 'Domperidone' and 'Renetedine' for 9 years. Now it appears as if the efficacy of theses medicines has become very low and the kid is experiencing terrible bowel / colic pain. He also also takes 'Carbamezapine' (150mg+200mg) and 'clonazepam (0.6mg+0.6mg+0.6mg). Advise is requested on the following:
1. How to improve his Gestro Esophegal Reflux or irregular bowel movements and the colic pain.
2. How to imrpove his head control.
