Shoulder mild pain
Hi, I am a personal trainer and bodybuilder and for the past 6 months i have had this mild pain through my left front delt, i went to see my phsio and he said its close to the bicep but said ''it wasnt his speciality and couldnt help me''. I started feeling the pain only when i done exercises such as front delt raise especially on the eccentric part, and eventually incline dumbbell press hurt too much to do the exercise at all and now even any sort of chest press including push ups, i do not feel it with shoulder presses other than upright rows however. I tried fully resting from BB for 2 weeks with no lifting and full rest on my shoulder, i went to my first day back yesterday withou lifting heavy at all, just good technique, i tried a few exercises of pec fly and one lightish set of dumbbell press, and even though it didnt really hurt at the time, when i woke up this morning i felt it sore and mildly painful, so i have just iced it for 20 minutes, what is my problem? what can i do?
