    Back pain, scapular winging? (video)

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
Hi everyone, I'm having problems with back and neck pain. I've had it for the last few months. A few months ago I was in extreme pain so I went to a chiropractor and my rib cage and pelvis were out of alignment, both on the right side of my body. The chiropractor reset them and I was feeling alright. After a few weeks I started to get neck and back pain. I've noticed that both my arms feel very different mobility wise. Also the left side of my body appears to be more muscular even though I'm right side dominant and my right shoulder seems to hang lower than my left one. Here is a video of my back. back pain - YouTube Any ideas of what's wrong? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Re: Back pain, scapular winging? (video)

    Hi there,

As aggravating factors you put exercise so i assume the pain only occurs when exercising - is that correct?/are there other situations that cause your typical pain?

Do you experience the same pain when doing the same motion without resistance? (preferably tested while lying down and have someone move your arms + shoulder girdle - but just doing it without body weight added might suffice)

Which part of the motion is painful? pressing out / going down? only painful in the parts of the motion when your arms are heavily flexed / only painful in the parts of the motion when your arms are almost extended?

I`d also like to see you perform the motion from a side perspective.

Is the pain only local in the 2 small areas?

    Cheers

Hi, thanks for your reply! I do not experience much/any pain during exercises (pull ups to be more specific), it's about an hour after I've exercise I experience pain in the locations I mentioned in the video.
