    Brief Medical History Overview

    Tall, Lanky Knees

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
    Hi All,

28 year old, 6'5, slim build football player has been experiencing grade 2 MCL sprains once or twice per year on both knees for the past several years.

Looking for good both preventative and rehabilative therapies, exercises and behaviours that will allow him to keep playing football through the 30s.

    Thanks in advance,

You need to look at both the sport and the gait. If he/you collapse onto the medial side of your knees due to hip collapsing and excessive foot pronation then orthotics might assist you to minimize the foot component.
