    Chondromalacia Patella

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
Hello there, I see there is a box above for a paid support question!!! - If you good folks here help me out I'll help you out! - !!! - Its good to find a forum where I may actually get some very good advice that will improve my overall health and mobility more of the time. I could write a lengthy post but for now I'll keep it brief. I've got a 2mm lesion on my patella that I can manage very well if I do everything right! - I've had many treatments from a physio who I think has provided me with Interferential therapy and ultrasound- As this is a condition I have to live with I need to know more of the specifics regarding the treatment that I presume has been constant on every treatment eg. same type of treatment/same waveforms/frequencies etc... to boost blood flow around the knee and promote healing times so I can get to work on getting my leg stronger so flareups actually stop. The machine the pysio has is a Chatanooga so its a very good one and I would like you folks here to explain in more detail about the electrical current that is delivered to me on such treatments. Usually there are two self adhesive electrodes, rectangular in shape positioned vertically roughly from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock or vertically-----on either side of the patella. If you've any more questions I'll answer them etc....btw I've had MRI seens 3 consultants who advise against an OP.......Thanks in advance......

    Aircast Airselect Short Boot
Before I knew what the specific problem was I had had a recovery from this after the physio and was running - And I only stopped running to have a rest, not due to injury where I had a project to do at home which involved quite a bit of fluster etc....stress...and then a flare.....it was at this point that the MRI was instigated by the consultant - That was an achievement in itself....LOL.....
