Tyler Twist with a Flex Bar

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
Does the Tyler Twist work? Or is it just to get you to pay £20 for a Flex Bar? I've read in places that clinical trials suggest it does work but I haven't been able to find these trials, has anyone ever used it on themselves or with patients and had success?

    Thank

    Ben

    Aircast Airselect Short Boot
Tyler Twist does help as it causes contraction of the wrist extensor muscles on the injured forearm. And the lengthening of arm under contraction helps break down scar tissue in the tendon at the elbow.
