Hi,

I am an avid computer user.For years im having this neck and shoulder pain near the point where my neck joins the spine and i feel kind of tension in both the shoulders like something is pulling.This was worse earlier now its getting better i have eliminated protruded (almost) neck posture and started doing Mckenzie method.But still the sprain is there.Also i find very discomforting to sit straight i need to like make an angle and put my legs in front to reduce the pain.

Seen lot of orthos Xrays okay. Have been sitting in wrong posture (Protruded Head Posture) in front of PC's for years. Please advice.
