Hi there,
I'm a very active 24 year old but recently I've been having hip pain which has lasted for a couple of months. I've been to see a physiotherapist and also had an MRI/x-ray on my hip. Good news is that there's no signs of FAI but the surgeon has said that I have an inflamed psoas tendon (so psoas tendonitis essentially). I've been booked in for a cortisone injection in a few weeks. I want to stay active during this period but I don't want to aggravate my condition or make it any worse. Are there any exercises that I should be avoiding that'll put strain on the tendon? Obviously squats are out!

If anyone has any suggestions I'd be very grateful.

Thanks,
Tom
