Help I've hurt my arm !!!!!!!

Hi all, I'm new to the site and in desperate need of some help, my situation is I am doing a rope access corse and I have managed to hurt my arm, on the inside of my elbow, the pain is sharp and runs from my elbow down to my wrist, and then in the other direction up my arm, I'm aware I'm not going to find a magic solution, just looking for some advice to ease the pain as much as poss, as I have my exam tomorrow, and need to try and nurse my way through it ,then I will see a pro asap any help would be greatly appreciated .

You could include immobilization, anti-inflammatory medication and cold application as the treatment procedure to get relief from the pain..
