Hi Docs,
I suddenly had a severe pain in lower back while trying to bend down. I consulted a PT and he suggested me to go for an MRI Scan. As per my MRI scan, Diffuse disc bulge with right postero-lateral and foraminal disc protrusion is seen at L5-S1 levels. I 've attached an image of the MRI report provided by the radiologist.
The PT has suggested me an extension exercise which is called Cobra pose in Yoga and he is giving me a daily traction and Diathermy. I have been advised absolute bed rest which I am following properly.
Request you to please go through my MRI report and suggest me if any other exercise also needs to be done along with the cobra pose.
