Hi all,
After back in training from a small chest tear Chest recovery and Hernia, ive had problems with my left shoulder from the majority of pressing motions.
Been to physiotherapy today, and he has said that i have an inflamed supraspinatus. He said the cause of this is due to the lack of muscle surround the supraspinatus, such as small bicep and front and side delts.
He has told me to work through the the pain and carry on with my normal routine if bearable for a good month with the exception of side lateral raises, and if i don't see progress i should go back.
I should note im currently only using light weights (10lb dumbbells) due to a recent hernia operation.
I'm just concerned i could aggravate it more and make the situation worse.
Your thoughts are welcome, but i think ill do as he says for the month as see if i can made any progress.
