The pain at the back of the knee is typically a Baker's Cyst. Is it swollen in that area? Do you feel a bump at all? The best thing for a baker's cyst is to put a cold compress on it. This will reduce the inflammation and help prevent any more fluid from filling into it. It will help immensely with the pain as well.
