Hi D Binny, sorry to hear of the pain you are going through. That's a tricky spot. As we have 9 tendons that run through the carpal tunnel in your wrist and up through the elbow, any spot on these that are damaged or inflamed can cause pain anywhere through the arm. Most of the time when there is pain on the forearm right below the elbow, it is typically tennis elbow. If the damage lies on the lower end of one of the tendons running past the lateral epicondyle, this can cause pain right in the area you describe.

I would get some tape on it for support and for preventative measures. Also get a cold compress on it if you haven't already. If it is severely flamed, this will block a lot of the circulation to the area, and therefore slowing down the healing process.
