Hi All,
I am a 28 year old female from UK. I suffered from a stress fracture on the neck of the femur (compression side) in April of this year. After several mixed opinions I had surgery (dynamic hip screw) on 17 June 2016. I came off crutches about a month ago but still use one on bad days. I currently have no physiotherapist or support system in place, but I am attempting to exercise lightly myself to regain strength & muscle mass. However, I am struggling a lot with very bad knee pain. I am hoping that somebody may be able to shed some light on this issue and point me in the right direction as to what I should do next to progress past this. I am desperate to recover and I am beginning to wonder whether or not I should have undergone surgery atall. Any help or knowledge is appreciated. Thank you for reading.
