Hi all,
Desperately seeking suggestions for an experienced physio in the Perth, Western Australia area.
Someone who specialises in sports rehab, MSK injuries with some kind bio mechanics background would be great.
I am a 27 year old female who has battled with on-going left hip (labral tear) and left knee patella tendonitis for over five years.
I've tried strengthening relentlessly with little improvement.
I can't walk without pain and I am now starting to get lower back pain.
Previous physio, sports therapists have all said my glutes are weak, that I needed to work on getting my glutes stronger and firing. I've exhausted band work and strength training dead lifts with weights little improvement.
Can anyone please suggest a good physio they think might be able to help, please?
Thank you.
