Hi Gabriela, you have probably rotated a disc and forced your spine. The pain will probably pass by it's own over time, because the rest of your thoracic spine will compensate. However, it is wise to go and be seen by a physiotherapist especialized in back issues. He can treat your forced disk and prevent future complications.
Let me know how you recover!

), the pain is pretty much on the column somewhere in the middle. When I try pressing into the back muscles I don't find a place that hurts, it's just when I bend and as soon as I move to another position the pain is gone. I'm hoping it will go away on its own and that it might have been caused by overusing my back but what do you think? And is there anything I can do to strengthen my back.
