Hi!
Last week I spent about 40 hours pulling rope while twisting my spine a bit. During the weekend I had a upper arm pain and shoulder pain that is now gone but everytime I bend backwards with cactus arms while being on a standing position I feel pain in the middle of my back, I can also feel it when I bend forward but just at a very determined angle (I do yoga hence the weird positions), the pain is pretty much on the column somewhere in the middle. When I try pressing into the back muscles I don't find a place that hurts, it's just when I bend and as soon as I move to another position the pain is gone. I'm hoping it will go away on its own and that it might have been caused by overusing my back but what do you think? And is there anything I can do to strengthen my back.
Thanks a lot for taking the time to read this and for having this forum. It is truly amazing.
