Hi guys,
I have tightness in my right tibialis/calf muscle and I don't know where it's coming from. It all started a year ago when I injured myself doing weights. I twisted my spine and at the time it caused a problem in my upper and lower back on the left and my glutes on my right leg. I'm mentioning this because I feel there is some connection. When I started doing weights again long after I healed, I started getting a pain in my calf. After ignoring it and continuing to train I ended up hurting my calf and at the same time my right glute. Every time I workout my calfs or legs the same thing seems to happen so I sense there must be some kind of connection there. The thing is that I have been getting massages for several months now from different people and no one can figure out where the problem is coming from.
Does anyone out there that is qualified have any theories that could help me?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
