Knee - Posterior - Right
Hey, my knee hurts when I'm squating. This is what causes it: Knee ? imgbb.com. It's an image of the right part of my right knee. I have no idea what this part is. Is it a bone or a ligament? Basically, when I'm squating and my knees are bent at ~90 degrees, it clicks from place to place rapidly, causing pain.
I would appreciate anyone telling me what it's called, and if there's something I can do on my own.
