Hi,
My partner was diagnosed with diastasis recti a few years ago after the birth of our second child (both were C-sections).
Unfortunately she didn't do the exercises that were recommended at the time and consequently still has the symptoms of diastasis recti.
There are a lot of exercise videos on the net for this specific condition, but it's hard to know which (if any) are best.
Can anyone recommend a video or post a link to a PDF set of exercises, please?
The alternative is that she self-refers to the physio, but I thought I'd reach out to the community first.
