Can a physiotherapist helps me to fix sway back posture with manipulation?

    Hi,

I have always had a sway back posture as you can see on this picture: https://i.imgur.com/pAxjXMc.jpg

Here is what is sway back posture if it doesn't mean anything to you: https://i.imgur.com/pnyiRsy.jpg

In top of that I have really tight hamstrings:

I have met a physiotherapist that basically told me that this pelvis tilted back and shifted forward was due to tight hamstrings so he gave me some stretching exercises to do.

I met as well an osteopath that told me that the tight hamstrings was the result of this pelvis tilted back and shifted forward, and that manipulation was needed to bring it back to neutral position. I have already had 5 appointments with him but I don't see that much results.

Do you honestly think that a specialist can help me to get my pelvis in a neutral position (in top of the hamstring stretching exercises that I do)? If yes, what is the most adapted specialist for this kind of manipulation?
