May I ask after the quality of Your pain? Does it sting, is it more a dull kind of pain or do you have perhaps electrical discharges in your upper arm?? In this way one can determine which tissue is at the source of your pain...

My opinion: if there are no Physiotherapists available, try to get an appointment with a doctor or maybe a osteopath who can do an examination of Your neck...
