    Brief Medical History Overview

    Age: 21, Male, Presenting Problem Since: 2 years, Symptom Behaviour: Better, Aggravating Factors:: Foam rolling, Easing Factors:: Rest, Investigations: Subchondral oedema, No Diabetes, No history of High Blood Pressure, No Medications, No Osteoporosis, No Hx of Cancer, No Unexplained Weight Loss, No Bowel/Bladder issues

    Major problem / Symptomatic Areas

    Shin - Anterior - Left

    Pain radiation down anterolateral left shin when foam rolling distal anterolateral quadracep

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
    As I said, i have Pain radiation down anterolateral left shin when foam rolling distal anterolateral quadracep.
    HPC: lateral meniscectomy due to lateral meniscus bucket tear two years ago
    Current diagnosis Is referred L5 pain which is the same dermatome I am feeling this radiating pain. Does this diagnosis match with this new info?

    Any help much appreciated,
