    Pain in groins..

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
Had numerous visits to gp who have been unable to diagnose what is causing pain in my groins and lower abdomen. Checked for hernias several times but never felt anything and although 2 ultrasounds have shown a possible small hernia in my right groin, the head surgeon at my hospital has doubted a possible hernia when he gave me a physical examination. I am now wondering whether it could possibly be something muscular...

Pain occurs when I strain, lift heavy objects, push my hips out when standing and when I try and tie my shoelaces whilst sitting. The pain has lasted over six months but now the pain only comes on when aggravated compared to 6 months ago when it was 24/7.

Perhaps a problem with the internal organs? Did you do a full examination or just check groin?
