Hi everybody I recently went for an ultrasound after having years of back hip knee and ankle problems. The main results were (snippet below note everything eg ligament and tendons cam back as normal)
In my right calf
This region demonstrates significantly thickened intermuscular tissues in between the RT medial gastrocnemius and soleus muscles, which extends along the medial calf. There is also
evidence of disruption of the distal gastrocnemius muscle fibres along with some retraction.
I'm pretty sure my right calf us so tight it's been pulling for years on everything and so I now only feel relief when i lean to my right.
The significantly thicken muscle tissue. Is there any recommended treatment to reduce this ?
Thank you
