Its good that you consult physiotherapist, along with manipulation you need to do strengthening and stretching exercise of wrist and hand muscles and if possible whole arm muscles of that side, this will help to enhance your endurance and strength of your arm muscles. Once you gain strength in muscles, you will able to do resume your work. Along with exercises use wrist splint while doing any repetitive task or any movement which is painful to you.
