Hey if anyone wouldn't mind taking a look, I can see some asymmetries in my shoulder when I am doing certain movements, would anyone be able to tell me which muscles are asymmetrical and if there are some exercises I can do to fix them.
Any information you can provide for me to research would be appreciated.
