Hi polisasimo,
From what you said it seems like you had a FOOSH (fall on an outstretched hand) injury pattern. This generally causes a variety of injuries, ranging from soft tissue damange to bone fracture.
An X-ray may be beneficial to rule out fractures.
From the little information you provided, it also seems plausible that the triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) may be involved. This is justified by the pain during ulnar deviation.
I think that a physical examination is essential to better clarify your case.
Rest and ice is what I would do if you can not have any medical advice in the short term.
Let us know how your situation evolves.
