People usually do not suffer from a ganglion cyst! Sometimes from a thing called a Morton's Neuroma, but not a cyst. It is also not so common to have a ganglionic cyst in the foot. I think that you really should try to get an appointment with a sports physiotherapist to assess the way you walk and run to look if something needs adjusting for to focus on the ganglion cyst will do nothing to ease your symptoms and the cause.
