Hi all,

Really would appreciate some advice. I play football and recently upped my training as I now play for two teams & playing twice a week. The inside of my lower leg about 10cm above the ankle is always hurting at the moment with physical activity. (I did get stamped on that part a couple of months ago) I’ve tried everything from strengthening/salt baths & 2 weeks rest! Any idea what it could be - dying to get back on the football pitch
