Hello, thanks for helping me with my last problem. I didn't think we could solve it that quickly. However, I have one more problem. I wasted so much money for nothing on physioterapists in my city but they also had troubles with my previous problem so i guess you're just a genius. I have problem that concerns my left elbow There is a skipping sound when I bend my arm. Thanks to ultrasound tests. We realized that the ulnar nerve was skipping. But nothing to fix the problem is found.
I am able to provide any information that will help you solve my problem. Radiography with a picture of the spine, just phone pictures of the back or whatever is needed.
I also have a question of how many of your answers are eligible for a paid post. When we get to 100 pages in this topic, it is possible that you will not be willing to help me anymore: P Therefore, I would pay again.

I work a lot on the computer, run outside and workout a bit in strength.
What I have tried to fix the problem so far is
1) rolling the triceps
2) loosening the forearm

in no case have I observed these muscles relaxing. forever tense
I have had this problem for several years
