Hi all I'm new here. Thanks for accepting me.

I was looking for some advice I have a pain on my right ankle. I have been trying to strengthen my calves by doing stair dips. I have a indent between my ankle and my achillies tendon. I was wondering if anyone could shed any light on it. I will include a picture. It appears when I point my foot up towards my shin.
