Hi guys

Really hoping you can help me with this frustrating issue

I've been training Brazilian Jui Jitsu but have had to stop due to getting quite severe pain near my inside elbow area.

It starts of as like a dull ache but as I go to more sessions the pain gets gradually worse until its completely unbearable. Within an hour of finishing the pain is completely gone.

I've seen a physio and he has had me stop BJJ for over a month and I've been doing rehab exercises, these being zottman curls with slow eccentric and wrist rotations.

I went back to BJJ again last week after about 5 weeks and the pain returned! It wasn't serious pain just niggly and would probably get worse if I trained again the next night.

Kind of at a loss now? My elbows don't seem to bother me doing anything else like lifting at the gym or when I'm working with my hands, it seems to be specific to BJJ.
