    Brief Medical History Overview

    back hip or iliac

    Physical Agents In Rehabilitation
    Hi all can anyone help,
I do a lot of training which involves running and gym work, after completing the gt north run in oct, i RE-developed a pain in the {not quite sure} very lower back, top of buttock, sometimes transfering to the groin, isay redeveloping because i've had it before only for it to disapear for a year and reoccure.pestered the gp enough for him to send me to his physio who was baffled, he advise the gp to send me to a specialist, i was refered, had x-rays which showed no adnormalities. the specialist could only unhelpfully shrug his shoulders. I've had to cancel my first London Marathon in april because i've got behind in training, can anyone advise.

    Re: back hip or iliac

    HEllo,

Without more detail it is difficult to say, but I can say that you aught to get a second opinion perhaps from another physiotherapist. Sometimes certain tests and treatments are overlooked due to the complexities of lower back problems.

    Tell us how that goes
