I was really hoping to be told that it would be fine to get back to walking to work to keep it mobile as I am going out of my mind with frustration of not being able to do any form of exerciseat least with my previous shin problem I was still able to cycle, I feel like I'm going to burst soon, I'm so impatient
But I'm really glad you have advised me not to as the last thing I want to do is to make things worse and prolong things.
Also forgot to mention I usually use a saddle chair at work, was too painful to use last week so switched to a normal style wheely chair but this gives me backache, any advice on if I would be ok using saddle chair this week now groin is recovering?? I appreciate it is difficult to advise when not seeing my in person to assess.
